At Collared, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the delivery at your doorstep. We understand the excitement of receiving your new items, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days. You will be updated with tracking information once your order is on the way.

All our orders from Collared are dispatched using the UK's greenest delivery service: Royal Mail Tracked 48.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Collared Clothing, however if you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Your can return the product within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Our goal is to ensure that you shop with confidence. We believe in the quality of our products, but if for any reason you need to initiate a return or exchange, our friendly customer service team is here to assist you every step of the way. Free Gift with Purchase Promotions

Gifted items cannot be exchanged. For example, the Gift cannot be exchanged in the event the wrong size is selected for the free Gift.

In the event that any Product(s) purchased as part of qualifying transaction are returned and, the customer will be required to return the Gift. If the Gift is not returned, the sales price of the Gift will be deducted from any reimbursement.

Collared Clothing Limited is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Gift including (without limitation) travel costs, other than any specifically listed as part of the Gift above and for the specified periods of time (where applicable).
